We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic breakfast team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, including à la carte dining, while creating a welcoming experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations.What you’ll be doing:Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries, and manage restaurant seating arrangementsSupport the Assistant Managers with the daily breakfast and à la carte servicePrepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently metTake food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to support efficient kitchen operationsDeliver professional and attentive à la carte breakfast service to all guestsEnsure all service areas are clean, organised, and well presented throughout serviceMaintain the restaurant’s presentation by following all opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
